auto generate form name using css or javascript -

i trying auto generate ids on page, dont know how possible is. e.g

<form action="<?php echo $editformaction; ?>" method="post" name="" id=""> </form>

i have searched internet , came acrossand got this

h1 { counter-reset: section; }

for displaying numbers on every h1 elements

so intention every form added page id appended it.

i know might sound weird rili need on this
