html - simple code editor with snippets panel? -

i use webstorm ide , brackets quicker stuff.

is there light weight editor similar brackets has snippets panel dreamweaver? or maybe 1 has plug in or extension adds snippets panel?

i'm familiar live templates in webstorm don't believe there way have list of them in panel visible. prefer have big panel of commonly used blocks of code , html tags visible can click on.

windows only:

notepad++ has a snippet plug in same thing. after installing notepad++ click plugin menu -> plugin manager. tick snippets , press install. rest done you.

alternatives: sublime text has snippet tool it's not same as dreamweavers snippet panel.
