Dropbear SSH Tunnel disconnected if upload a file -

i newbie here. want create ssh tunnel application, have problem application. if trying upload file (>500kb) trough ssh tunnel, internet connection getting not responding , after i'm disconnected server. problem? ssh server have limit upload connection?

*i use dropbear ssh server
